We recommend ALTOSLINGS to be used with HERON hoists. A mesh sling will dry more quickly.
For their use please refer to the specific instructions regarding the devices.
7 Warranty, Specification & Conformity
Our hoists are warranted for 12 months from the date recorded in the shipping document. During this period parts that may be
found to be defective will be replaced or repaired free of charge by WEALDEN REHAB. The warranty does not cover:
effects of normal wear and tear, damage caused during transport and/or due to improper use of the equipment.
Repair is carried out by our authorised dealers and/or at our premises; therefore, the transport costs for delivering any returns shall
be paid by customer.
For warranty service, and in any case if you need technical assistance or want to lodge a complaint, please contact our Technical
Assistance Manager.
