Buffer tank filling start
NOTIFICATION:
The filling starts.
The dosing device starts to produce chlorine
solution.

Buffer tank filling stop
NOTIFICATION:
Filling stops.
The flushing cycle starts, the dosing device then
stops producing chlorine solution.

Buffer tank minimum
level ALARM:
The lower control switch for
starting the filling did not
trigger.
Filling has been deactivated.
Check switch function: If the tank is empty, the
switch contact must be closed (measure at the
terminal). If open: Switch or terminal contact faulty

During the filling process, the
upper level switch “Stop” for
stopping the filling did not
trigger.
The level switch in the
collecting tub reports liquid in
collecting tub. The container is
overflowing or leaking.

Check the “Stop buffer tank filling level”
switch:
If the tank is full, the switch contact of the “Stop
buffer tank filling level” switch must be closed
(measure at the terminal). If it is open when the
buffer tank is full, the switch or terminal contact is
faulty.

Buffer tank filling time-

by the system. Filling occurred
too slowly. The start contact
must be reopened 3 minutes
after filling has started!

must be reopened 3 minutes after filling has
started!
Malfunction without indication on the display:
1.
The display is dark and the device is turned off:
a)
No supply voltage:
Restore the supply voltage
b)
The main fuse at the lower left of the housing has blown:
Renew fuse
c)
The fuse F1 at the power pack has blown:
Renew fuse
d)
The power pack is defective:
Renew power pack
2.
The flushing tub overflows when shutting down the GRANUDOS:
In this case, one of the following elements must be checked:
a)
Floating valve:
Renew diaphragm
b)
Switch body in the suction pipe:
Foreign object in the suction pipe
c)
Pressure retention valve in the measuring water line from the booster pump is leaking or adjusted
incorrectly:
Renew diaphragm and adjust pressure retention valve
