Step 8:
Place top panels p/n iXLWTop-60 and iXRWtop-60) onto the
upper cabinets and bolt into place using joint connector bolts
(p/n 0400236). Holes in the cabinets will line up with threaded
inserts in the top panels. Push panels together to minimize any
gap between panels.
Step 9:
Slide the cork strip (p/n 0400687) into the channel on the front of
the upper track (p/n 0400684). Cut to fit.
Step 10:
Mount the upper track (p/n 0400684) to the top panels using #8
x 5/8” truss head screws (p/n 0400681). Attach lower track (p/n
0400685) to the countertop using #8 x 5/8” flathead wood screws
(p/n 0400681). Pre-drilled holes in both the upper and lower
track will line up with pilots in the top panels and countertop.
Step 11:
Attach carriers (p/n 0400678) to whiteboard panels (p/n 0400686)
and tighten jamb nut against carrier. Slide whiteboard panels onto
the track from the open end. Use the front two channels if only
using 2 boards. There will only be one panel per track.
