2. If the No-Load Output voltage measured at Channel 1 output terminals of the
Amplifier Board is low, slowly increase the Line-In setting on HyperTerminal
until the Output voltage measured on the multimeter is within the No-Load range
specified in Table 7.3.

For example: for a 1 V

input, if the No-Load output voltage on the
Channel 1 terminals on the Amplifier Board is 32.5 V

, increase the Line-
In setting on HyperTerminal until the No-Load Output Voltage is within the
33-34V
RMS
range as indicated in Table 7.3, while at the same time,
maintaining the Line-In setting within its allowable range of 524 - 682. If the
output voltage is too high, decrease the Line-In setting accordingly, keeping
within the allowable range.
3. Verify the output voltages on the the remaining active Channels are within the
Amplifier Output’s No-Load; refer to Table 7.4 for the specific HPSA active
Channel list:
a. For Channel 2: disconnect the AC VRMS Multimeter from the Amplifier
Board’s TB1 and connect it to the (+) and (-) terminals of TB2 (Channel 2);
measure, record and verify the voltage is within the acceptable range.
b. For Channel 3: disconnect the AC VRMS Multimeter from the Amplifier
Board’s TB2 and connect it to the (+) and (-) terminals of TB3 (Channel 3);
measure, record and verify the voltage is within the acceptable range.
c. For Channel 4: disconnect the AC VRMS Multimeter from the Amplifier
Board’s TB3 and connect it to the (+) and (-) terminals of TB4 (Channel 4);
measure, record and verify the voltage is within the acceptable range.
