We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health it is important to read this entire manual before assembling and
using the equipment. Safe and productive use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is
your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
Before starting any fitness or strength program, consult with your physician or health official. This will ensure that you engage in the
proper strength or fitness program for your age and physical condition.
Stop exercising if you feel pain or tightness in your chest, become short of breath, or feel faint. Contact your doctor before you use the
machine again. Use the values calculated or measured by the machine’s computer for reference purposes only.
The exercise equipment is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are given supervision or instruction about use of the exercise equipment by someone responsible for their safety.
Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
The exercise equipment is intended for home use only. Do not use the exercise equipment in a commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
Keep the exercise equipment indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not put the exercise equipment in a garage or covered patio, or
near water.
