Click 

MENU

 button for drop down menu, allowing you to change the user’s weight to be defined in 

imperial units of measurements (fig0.4).

Once the user has entered their weight (fig0.5) the session will initialise (fig0.6) after clicking the 

ENTER

 button. The session start when the user begins to pedal.
