Troubleshooting
If the pump display remains blank when the pump is switched on, make the following
checks:
l
Check that mains power is available to the pump.
l
Check the fuse in the wall plug if one is present.
If the pump runs but there is little or no flow, make the following checks:
l
Check that fluid is supplied to the pump.
l
Check for any kinks or blockages in the lines.
l
Check that any valves in the lines are open.

Leak detection
If a leak is detected the pump will display the following message:

If a leak is detected, the following LED icon will display:

Follow the instructions in "Pumphead Replacement (qdos 30)" on page 112 "Pumphead
Replacement (qdos 20, 60 and 120)" on page 117 to replace your pumphead.
If this message is repeated when power is cycled, or after the reset button has been
pressed, remove the pumphead, check that the mounting face is clean and free of debris
and refit the pumphead, taking care to ensure it is correctly orientated with the arrow
pointing upwards.
