Battery installation 

Alarm Unit 
1

  

The battery compartment is accessed from the rear of the alarm unit 
by removing the battery cover. 

2

  

Insert two (2) ‘AA’ size Alkaline batteries (not included), following the 
polarity of diagram.

When the last battery is inserted the alarm will 

BEEP

, indicating that 

the batteries are installed correctly.

Close the battery cover. 

 

Low Battery Warning 

The ‘Battery Low’ indicator will turn on when the batteries need to be 
replaced. 

Remote Key Fob 

The key fob uses 1 x A27S battery (included). If the red LED remains ‘ON’ 
without pressing the buttons, this indicates a low battery, simply remove 
and replace with a new battery. 

 

Installation 

1   Place the alarm in the desired location, using swivel wall mount 

bracket provided.

Fix bracket to the wall using the screws supplied. 

Please note that this alarm can also be used free standing.

 

 
 
 

Learning Key Fob(s) to Main Unit 

Learning the remote(s) is done by pressing the “Learning Button” on the 
sensor and the “on” button of the key fob simultaneously until you hear 

BEEP

 2 times, which means the remote has been successfully learnt into 

the sensor. Repeat this process to learn additional remotes into the sensor 
(maximum of 3 remotes per sensor) 

To delete a remote:

 

Remove all the batteries from the sensor and reinstall them. Begin learning 
the required remotes into the sensor, using the steps above.

Please note:

  

Every time the batteries are removed either from the sensor or key fob, the 
remote(s) need to be re-learnt into the sensor.  

                                         

   

 

Operation 

When exiting the protected area 

Simply press ‘ON’ button of key fob within the distance of 30 meters (Line 
of Sight) to arm the unit. A confirmation tone 

“BEEP”

 will indicate that the 

alarm is armed and you have 30 seconds to vacate the area.  After that, if 
motion is detected the alarm will sound. 

When entering the protected area 

Simply press the ‘OFF’ button of the key fob within the distance of 
30meters (Line of Sight) to disarm the unit. Please note that when entering 
the area, there is a 

short beep

 to indicate that motion has been detected 

and a 4 second delay to allow the main unit to be disarmed. 

Detection range  

The motion detector of the alarm unit has a 7-metre (21ft) detection range 
with angles of 60º vertical and 110º horizontal approximately.

 

 

Care and maintenance 

To clean the case, simply use a soft slightly damp cloth with water and 
wipe dry immediately.  

CAUTION:

 Never use chemicals to clean the case, as they may cause 

damage to the plastic and cause the alarm not to function. 

 

Troubleshooting 

The unit does not sound when the batteries are installed  

Ensure that the batteries are in proper polarity 

The alarm does not arm 

Check key fob red light comes on when the ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ buttons are 
pressed 

The red light on the alarm unit is ON 

This is an indicator of ‘Low Battery’, which means the batteries need 
replacing. 

The red light on the key fob does not light up when the buttons are 
pressed 

Remove the battery cover of the key fob and replace the battery. 

 

Battery precautions 

When using this product follow these precautions at all times. 
•   Use only the appropriate size batteries 
•   Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batteries as 

indicated in the battery compartment. Incorrect polarity may cause 
damage to the alarm. 

•   Do not mix different types of battery such as Alkaline and Carbon-zinc 

or old batteries with new. 

•   If the alarm is not used for long periods of time, remove the batteries to 

prevent damage or injury from possible battery leakage. 

•   Do not recharge batteries not intended to be recharged as they can 

overheat and rupture. (Always follow the manufacturer’s directions.)
