Check to see whether the thermal
cut-outs have tripped.

The thermal cut-out trips

Make sure that you are not exceeding
the rated data for the
welding power source (i.e. that the
unit is not being
overloaded).
Poor welding performance.
Check that the welding current supply

14) ERROR CODES :-
A)
ERROR 001 :-
If the water circulation pump is off or the water is not
passing through the torch then the Err 001 will be displayed on the display.
B)
ERROR 002 :-
If the welding machine is over heated then the Err 002
will be displayed on the display.
