ASSEMBLE YOUR STILTS
Tools Needed for Assembly
7/16" Open or Boxed End Wrench
7/16" Socket and Ratchet
#2 Phillips Screwdriver
Review the Replacement Parts
Diagram (pg. 10) to become
familiar with all stilt parts before
assembling.
Assembling Side Poles
1. Loosen Upper Side
Pole Clamp Bolt.
2. Loosen Lower Side Pole
Bracket and remove
bolt (making sure not to
lose washers).
3. Insert Lower Side Pole
through the Upper Side
Pole Clamp, then insert
it into the Lower Side
Pole Bracket. Lining
up the holes, carefully
reinsert the bolt with
washer through both
the bracket and pole.
Add the second washer
and tighten the nut. Lift
the pole to make sure it
is attached properly.
4. Slide the Upper Side
Pole over the Lower
Side Pole and into the
Upper Side Pole Clamp.
Snug the bolt so the pole will not
fall but can be moved and twisted.

The Strap-N-Stride™ Stilts are made of
aluminum alloy that conducts electricity. Always
use extreme caution when working around any
electrical sources as electric shock may cause
severe injury or death.
WARNING:
Federal OSHA regulations require the
operator to have knowledge of all regulations that
apply to the use of this product and the employer
should provide training.
1. The operator must read and understand all instructions
before using.
2. Stilts must be assembled and adjusted properly following
this manual.
3. The operator must examine stilts for loose, broken or
missing parts prior to each use. Stilts must be maintained
and cleaned daily.
4. Stilts must not be modified. Never make temporary repairs
of damaged or missing parts.
5. The operator must keep work area clean and be aware of
all hazards.
6. Always think about safety and use extreme care when
on stilts.
7. The operator must never use on or near stairs, doors,
windows, floor openings or other hazards.
8. Always take controlled, thoughtful steps looking ahead.
9. Never walk BACKWARDS.
10. Never walk on raised surfaces such as planks and scaffold-
ing or up on benches or ladders.
11. Never exceed maximum weight limit of 230 lbs., including
tools and materials.
Failure to follow these warnings may
cause injury or death from falling.
