Symptom Corrective action
The heater will not
turn on / The fan
will not turn on.
Make sure the appliance
is plugged into the
mains.
Make sure the Mode
selection dial is turned
to any position other
than 0.
Make sure the
temperature dial is not in
the Off position.
Check that the safety
cut-off feature has not
been activated.
No fire effect light Check with the

CLEANING AND CARE
WARNING! Always disconnect from the mains supply
before cleaning the wall fire.
CAUTION! Allow the product to completely cool before
handling or cleaning it.
•
To remove the dust, wipe the appliance with a dry
cloth.
• To keep the heater clean, the outer shell may be
cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. After cleaning, dry
the unit with a soft cloth.
• CAUTION! DO NOT let liquid enter the heater. This
may cause damage or deterioration to the heater’s
surface.
• WARNING! DO NOT immerse the heater in water
or any other liquid.
• Never use abrasives or detergents.
• If the heater shows any signs of wear or damage
disconnect immediately from the mains supply,
and do NOT use it – have it checked by a suitably
qualified person.
• This product does not use a standard bulb for its
flame effect. The appliance uses an electronically
controlled LED system to create the effect,
therefore no parts need to be replaced. There
are no user-serviceable parts on this appliance.
Under no circumstances should the appliance
be serviced be anyone other than a qualified
electrician.
STORING THE UNIT
WARNING! Always disconnect from the mains supply
before cleaning.

Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of
children.
