Slide the Pickets
(C)
through the holes in the top and bottom rails. Drive (4) 1¼ Self-Drilling Stainless
Steel Screws

through the middle of the top and bottom rails and pickets as illustrated.
Use the Vinyl Glue
(G)
to secure the Picket Caps
(B)
. Only a
dab of glue is needed.

Note:
Insert the picket ends
with tabs first. They cannot be
removed once inserted into the
bottom rail
.
Note:
At this point, you can
moderately adjust the height of
the rails as necessary.
