9 Troubleshooting
9.1 General Information
IMPORTANT
First check all supply lines for connection and serviceability.
In case of serious problems that cannot be resolved, please contact the Walther Systemtechnik GmbH
customer service.
9.2 Malfunction:

Nozzle needle does
not open
Not enough control air supplied
Check if enough control air available (4 -
6 bar).
Leakages
Check if O-Ring (7.1) is defective.
Needle is sticky within the needle sealing
(7.0 / 5.0).
Disassemble and clean.
Needle stroke is set too low.
Check if needle stroke is correctly set.
