The warranty is subject to:
to the terms and conditions as agreed in the purchasing agreement and in the
„General Terms and Conditions of Deliveries and Services of
C.K. Walther GmbH & Co. KG
” in the version as applicable on the date of
execution of the purchasing agreement.
Generally, wearing parts are excluded from any warranty. Typical wearing parts
