Check the ventilation grills and slits
• Tilt the generator and allow the old engine oil to drain completely.
• Carefully wipe the oil inlet plug with dipstick and drain with a clean cloth.
• Screw in the oil inlet screw with oil dipstick clockwise by hand until it stops. Do
not apply a lot of force.
• Place the power generator back in a horizontal position.
• Dispose of the old engine oil in an environmentally friendly manner.
• Check all the ventilation grills and slits for dirt accumulation.
• Clean the ventilation grills and slits, e. g. using a soft brush, so that air can
flow through without being obstructed.
Ventilation grills and slits are located at the following places:

on the front side under the control panel

on the back side under the exhaust pipe

Cleaning
NOTICE!
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes with metal or nylon
bristles, or any sharp or metallic objects such as knives, hard scrapers
etc. These can damage the surface.
Do not use running water or other liquids for cleaning and prevent water
from entering the inside of the generator.
Do not use electrical cleaning equipment.
Wipe all the surfaces and components with a slightly dampened cloth.
Dampen the cloth with a mild soap solution.
