INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION
NOTICE
Components are loosely assembled for shipping, disassemble them before starting installation.

FLANGE INSTALL
(see Detail 1)
1. Remove stopper (A) and flange (B).
2. Apply silicone to underside of flange (B).
3. Insert flange (B) into sink drain hole (SO1
a
) (not supplied).
DRAIN INSTALL
(see Detail 2 and 3)
1. Apply plumber’s tape to the threaded end of the tailpiece (G).
2. Thread the tailpiece (G) into the body (F).
3. Install gasket (C), washer (D) and nut (E) onto body (F).
4. Thread the body (F) onto the flange (B).
5. With pivot opening facing away from the sink bowl, tighten the nut (E).
CAUTION
•
DO NOT
turn flange (B) while tightening nut (E) or sealant may not seal drain.
•
DO NOT
overtighten the nut (E).
6. Remove excess sealant from around the flange (B) and the sink (SO1
a
).
PIVOT ROD INSTALL
(see Detail 4)
1. Insert the stopper (A) into the flange (B).
2. The stopper (A) can be installed in two positions:
a. Non-removable stopper (A) - the horizontal rod (J) goes through the hole at the bottom of the stopper (A) (Detail 4A).
b. Removable stopper (A) - the stopper (A) is rotated 90° and resting against the horizontal rod (J) (Detail 4B).
3. Install pivot seal (H) and pivot seat (I) into the pivot opening in the body (F).
4. Install the horizontal rod (J) into the pivot opening in the body (F).
5. Hand tighten the pivot nut (K) onto the body (F).
LIFT ROD INSTALL
(see Detail 5)
1. Attach horizontal rod (J) to strap (M) using clip (L).
2. Install lift rod (O) through the faucet body (SO2
a
) (not supplied) into the strap (M).
NOTICE
The strap (M) may need to be bent to allow the lift rod (O) to raise and lower the stopper (A). Adjust as required.
3. Install screw (N) into the strap (M) and tighten against the lift rod (O).
4. Connect the tailpiece (G) to the drain (SO3
a
) (not supplied).
