understand all of the Safety, Operation, and Maintenance
information in this manual. An untrained operator should never
use this equipment.

To help document this training, the sign-off sheet provided
below can be used.

Make periodic review of Safety and Operation a standard
practice for all operators. Review it again at the start of every
