PROBLEM
Slow discharge of material
Pulsation.
Blower overheating.
CAUSE
Air leaks.
Dirty or plugged intake filter.
Defective blower.
Defective airlock.
Not enough air flow.
Too many bends.
Not enough air flow.
Low oil level.
SOLUTION
Tighten all pressure connections.
Be sure cam locks are in good
condition.
Clean or replace intake filter.
Check clearance between lobes
and case. Excessive clearance will
decrease air flow. Consult your
dealer.
Check that tip clearance is 0.004
inches. Adjust or replace tips as
required.
Open air slide on wand to provide
more air or allow more air into
intake.
Straighten out intake hose.
Open air slide on wand to provide
more air or allow more air into
intake.
Add oil as required.
Excessive filter plugging Defective airlock.
