Cleaning and Maintenance

Oven Interior Cleaning

1. Do not use wire brushes, steel wool or other

abrasive materials to clean oven interior.

2. Clean oven regularly with a good quality

domestic oven cleaner.

3. Weekly - Remove and clean any built up of

grease etc. from oven racks and bottom spill

cover.

4. Dry oven thoroughly with a dry cloth and polish

with a soft dry cloth.

Stainless Steel Surfaces

1. Clean stainless steel surfaces with hot soapy

water and a soft bristled brush.

2. Baked on deposits or discolouration, use a

good quality stainless steel cleaner or stainless

steel wool. Always rub in direction of grain.
