Charging indicator does not light up
Cause: The battery pack is not correctly positioned on the charging
stand.

Ensure that the battery pack has been correctly placed on the
charging stand.
Cause: Charging contacts are dirty.
f
Clean the charging contacts on the charging stand and on the
battery pack.
Cause: Defective power supply.
f
Ensure that the plug-in transformer is plugged into the mains
socket and the charging stand.
f Check the mains cable for possible damage.
Charging indicator rapidly flashes red
Cause: The battery pack was not recognised correctly upon
insertion.
f Remove the battery pack from the charging stand
f
Put the battery pack back into the charging stand.
Cause: The battery pack is too hot to charge.
f Remove the battery pack from the charging stand and allow it
to cool down. The battery pack will then be able to be charged
again.
Cause: The battery pack could not be fully charged within the max-
imum charging time.
