8.3 REPLACING THE ROBOT SPRAY GUN
Before replacing the robot powder spray gun, any powder residue must be thoroughly
removed.
The wearing parts in the robot powder spray gun, marked in the spare parts list with

must be regularly checked and replaced as necessary.
To replace the robot spray gun, proceed in accordance with chapter Assembly of the
Variants [
25].
8.4 CHANGING THE FLAT JET NOZZLE
8.4.1 Removing the Flat Jet Nozzle

1. Unscrew the union nut from gun housing.
2. Remove the union nut with the nozzle system from the gun body.
The nozzle system remains inserted in the union nut.
Note:
If the nozzle system doesn't remain inserted in the union nut, the nozzle system and
union nut must be replaced.
3. The parts can be separated by applying slight pressure to the flat jet nozzle.
