SETTING THE SPRAY GUN
7.1 SETTING THE REQUIRED SPRAY PATTERN
Attention:
Never pull trigger while adjusting the air
cap settings.

7.2 SETTING THE AMOUNT OF MATERIAL (FIG. 5)
The material volume

ontrol (Fig. 5, 1).

ALIGN THE FEED TUBE
If the feed tube is positioned

an be sprayed without almost any residue.

Turn the feed tube forwards. (Fig. 7 A)
Spraying work when working on overhead obje

STARTING OPERATION
Before
c
onne
c
ting to the
mains supply make sure that
the mains voltage
c
orre-
sponds to the operating volt-
age on the rating plate. The
unit must be
c
onne
c
ted with
a properly earthed sho
c
k-
proof so
c
ket.
1. Uns

rew the
c
ontainer from the spray atta
c
hment.
2. Pour in the prepared
c
oating material.
Fill the
c
ontainer
with maximum
1000 ml.

3. Fit the appropriate filter to the feed tube depending on the

oating material used (Fig. 9, 1)

When working with the FC 3500 we re
c
ommend
using the supplied
c
arrying strap. This enables the
weight of the FC 3500 to be better distributed and
the work
c
an be
c
arried out with less effort.
7. Both
c
arabiner lo
c
ks on the
c
arrying strap have to be
se
c
ured to the fixture. (Fig. 8)
The fixture for the
c
arrying strap
c
an be mounted
to the other side of the FC 3500 if this is preferred.
Do this by uns
c
rewing the two large s
c
rews (fig. 8,
1). Mount the fixture to the other side by inserting
the s
c
rews into the relevant holes.
Please make
sure that you use only the screws that have
been provided. Screws of the wrong length or
diameter can damage the device. Never tighten
the screws without the fixture.

able.
9. The devi

e is now ready for operation.
