Inspection Function
Turn on the meter (the firmware
version 2.2.0 will appear briefly).
Set the meter on the material to be
scanned. Press down firmly on the center
of the meter with approximately 3 pounds
of force to ensure good sensor plate
contact. Observe the number displayed
on the screen.
Hold Function
When the meter is in the
inspection mode, and the On/
Hold button is momentarily
pressed and released, it will enter Hold
mode to allow the user to “freeze” the
moisture reading.
