- Agire in contrapposizione, con le
opportune chiavi, sui due dadi di
estremità dell’albero pos. 9 e
procedere allo smontaggio di uno di
essi.

- Asportare il disco membrana pos.
1, la guarnizione per disco pos. 26, le
membrane pompa e motore
rispettivamente pos. 16 e 17 ed infine
la seconda guarnizione per disco e
disco membrana.
e
- Bloccare in morsa l’estremità
d’albero liberata dalle membrane e
procedere allo smontaggio del dado
dalla estremità opposta, quindi
asportare il disco membrana pos. 1,
la relativa guarnizione pos. 26 e le due
membrane pos. 16 e 17.

- Montare la nuova serie di
membrane, avendo cura di
posizionarle correttamente utilizzando
le viti inserite nei coperchi centrali, e
successivamente la guarnizione per
disco ed il disco membrana, infine
riavvitare il dado bloccaggio e stringere
a fondo.

- Liberare, dalla morsa, l’estremità
d’albero e montare il disco membrana
interno e la relativa guarnizione, quindi
procedere come al punto f, tenendo
fermo con una chiave il dado
all’estremità opposta dell’albero
durante l’avvitamento del dado di
bloccaggio del disco.

- Rimontare i coperchi esterni pos.
13 e successivamente i collettori.
2)
Replacement of diaphragms ref. 16
and 17 (Preventive maintenance)
a
- Remove the manifolds ref. 14 and
15.
b
- Remove the stop nuts and the
external covers ref. 13: be sure to put
back the relevant screws into the
external covers ref. 12 in order to
prevent the diaphragms and the shaft
from rotating.
Note: When executing the following
operations it is imperative to avoid the
slightest rotation of the shaft ref. 9 to
the motor block ref.2

- By means of the special spanners,
operate on the two end nuts of the rod
ref. 9 and remove one of them.

- Remove the diaphragm desk ref.1,
the disk seal ref. 26, pump and motor
diaphragms, ref.16 and 17 respectively
and then the second disk seal and
diaphragms disk.

- Fasten in a vise the shaft end free
from diaphragms and remove the nut
from the opposite side, then remove
the diaphragm disk ref. 1, the relevant
seal ref. 26 and the two diaphragms
ref. 16 and 17.

- Assemble the new series of
diaphragms: be careful to put them in
the right position by using the screws
inserted in the central covers. Then
assemble the disk gasket and the
diaphragm disk. Finally screw on the
stop nut and tighten.

- Remove the shaft end from the
vise and assemble the inner
diaphragm disk together with its
gasket. Then proceed as in paragraph
f: by means of a spanner hold fast
the nut at the opposite end of the shaft
while screwing the stop nut of the disk.

- Reassemble the external covers
ref. 13 and then the manifolds.
2)
Remplacement membranes pos.
16 et 17 (Entretien préventif)
a-
Enlever les collecteurs pos. 14 et
15.
b-
Démonter les écrous de fixation et
enlever les couvercles extérieurs pos.
13 en réintroduisant les vis
correspondantes dans les couvercles
intérieurs pos. 12 afin d’éviter la
rotation des membranes et de l’arbre.
N.B.: lors de l’exécution de toutes les
opérations suivantes, il est
indispensable d’éviter toute rotation de
l’arbre pos. 9 vis à vis du bloc moteur
pos. 2.

- Agir en opposition, avec les clés
appropriées, sur les deux écrous
d’extrémité de l’arbre pos. 9 et
procéder au démontage de l’un d’eux.

- Enlever le disque pour membrane
pos. 1, le joint pour disque pos. 26,
les membranes pompe et moteur
respectivement pos. 16 et 17 et enfin
le second joint pour disque et disque
membrane.
e
- Bloquer en étau l’extrémité de
l’arbre libérée des membranes et
procéder au démontage de l’écrou de
l’extrémité opposée puis enlever le
disque membrane pos. 1, le joint
correspondant pos. 26 et les deux
membranes pos. 16 et 17.

- Monter la nouvelle série de
membranes en ayant soin de les
positionner correctement en utilisant
les vis insérées dans les couvercles
centraux et ensuite le joint pour disque
et le disque membrane. Enfin, revisser
l’écrou de blocage et serrer à fond.

- Libérer de l’étau l’extrémité de
l’arbre et monter le disque membrane
intérieur et le joint correspondant. Puis
procéder comme au point f en
maintenant avec une clé l’écrou à
l’extrémité opposée de l’arbre pendant
le vissage de l’écrou de blocage du
disque.

- Remonter les couvercles
extérieurs pos. 13 et ensuite les
collecteurs.
2)
Sostituzione membrane pos. 16 e
17 (manutenzione preventiva)
a
- Asportare i collettori pos. 14 e 15.
b
- Smontare i dadi di fissaggio ed
asportare i coperchi esterni pos. 13
reinserendo le relative viti nei coperchi
interni pos. 12 al fine di evitare la
rotazione delle membrane e
dell’albero.
N.B.: Nell’esecuzione di tutte le
operazioni seguenti è indispensabile
evitare anche la minima rotazione
dell’albero pos. 9 nei confronti del
blocco motore pos. 2.
