TROUBLESHOOTING 

PROBLEM: No Output Voltage

PROBLEM: Inverter Is Shut Down

Reason

Solution

Poor contact with battery terminals.

Shut down inverter and disconnect. Clean 

terminals thoroughly and reconnect.

Turn off inverter. Replace fuse(s) with same 

type and rating.

Blown DC battery fuse(s)

Reason

Solution

Battery voltage below 10 volts.

Recharge or replace battery.

Allow inverter to cool. Check for adequate 

ventilation. Reduce the load on the inverter to 

rated continuous power output. 

See warranty and call customer service.

Inverter is too hot (thermal shut 

down mode).

Unit may be defective.
