Clip Properties
To view the properties of any of your clips, click and hold (or right click if you have a mouse) on the desired clip’s
thumbnail in the Thumbnail Bin and select Properties… Currently the clip’s path, resolution, time code, bit rate,
date of creation and size are displayed in this window. Click and hold again to delete or rename clips.
AUTO Recording
To start and stop recording at specific time codes embedded in the incoming HDSDI video, click the AUTO button
and specify in point and out point time codes.
As soon as you click OK, the recording time code settings will go into effect. The AUTO button will turn orange
when auto recording is enabled. To disable it, simply click on the AUTO button once again and
deselect Auto Record.
Keyboard Controls
If you have a keyboard connected to your HR-F1, pressing Ctrl+r will cause recording to start, while pressing
Ctrl+s will cause recording to stop.
Freeze Frames
To record freeze frames while previewing or recording, press the freeze frame button in the upper
right corner of the screen. You may press this button as many times and as frequently as you
wish. Freeze frames are recorded into the JPG format and using the name rules and location
specified in the Recorder tab of your preset.
