Compressor runs for a
long time/continuously Vaporiser iced over Defrost the vaporiser
Ambient temperature too high –
Insufficient ventilation Move the cooling device
Condenser is dirty Clean the condenser
Fan defective (if installed) Replace the fan
Compressor does not
run often Battery capacity exhausted Charge the battery
Fault Possible cause Remedy
Loud humming A component of the refrigerant circuit
cannot move freely (lies against the
wall) Bend the component
