Transferring the consumption of refrigerant onto a
USB stick
Each time a suction or filling process (single process or fully automatic) is
completed, the station stores all the data in the internal memory. A report
can be generated using this data and transferred to a USB stick.
I
Each report is saved in two formats:
as an HTML file (to be opened with any internet browser)
as an XLS file (to be opened with Microsoft Excel)

Reports after the year has changed
After the year has changed, the station indicates that the data stored from
the previous year should be transferred to a USB stick. When you transfer
the annual data onto a USB stick, it is then deleted from the station's inter-
nal memory.
1. Insert the USB stick in the USB port (
16
).
2. The instructions appear on the display.
NOTE
The USB stick must be formatted with the FAT32 file system.
NOTE
The report may contain a logo (e.g. the workshop logo) if a graphic is
copied to the USB flash drive that meets the following requirements.
File format: JPEG format
File name: logo.jpg (note upper and lower case)
Screen size: 370 x 50 pixels
The company address in the report is taken from the station (see chap-
ter “Entering company data” on page 84).
