SUPPORT OPTIONS
If you have a problem with your Cintiq and cannot find the answer in this manual, you may find updated
information about your problem in the Notes linked to the driver download screen. You can also check the
product FAQs (
A problem may also be solved by downloading a new driver when one is available. See

Check the Support options on the Wacom website for your region. You may find answers to your questions
without having to make a phone call.
If you cannot solve the problem and you think your Wacom product is not working properly, contact the
Wacom support staff for the area where your product was purchased. You can find contact information by
checking the Wacom website for your region.
When you call, you should have the following information available:
•
This manual.
•
Serial number. (See the label on the back of the Cintiq.)
•
Driver version number. (Click on the Control Panel A
BOUT
button.)
•
Peripheral devices attached to your Cintiq (if any).
•
The software application and version you were using when the problem occurred.
•
The exact wording of any error message that appeared on your screen.
•
What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
•
How you tried to solve the problem.
You can also contact the Support Center by visiting the Wacom website for your region and completing an
Email Inquiry form.
OBTAINING SOFTWARE UPDATES
Wacom periodically updates the tablet software driver to maintain compatibility with new products. If you
are having a compatibility problem between the Cintiq and a new hardware or software product, it may be
helpful to download a new software driver (when available) from the Internet.
In the Wacom Desktop Center, click on U
PDATES
to check for an updated driver. A BIOS update may be
available as well. If so, it will be provided from the same location as the driver update.
