Chapter 3, Operating Instructions: Making the Cut

Maximum hydraulic flow
and pressure are 9 gpm,
2000 psi.

Exceeding the

maximum hydraulic pressure
or flow rate can result in
equipment damage or opera-
tor harm.
Make sure the hydraulic oil
temperature does not exceed
140° F (60° C).

Power on the HPU. Set the flow to 8 gpm (30 l/min)
and the pressure to 1500 psi (103 bar).

Keep away from the wire
while the machine is operat-
ing. The wire runs at very
high speed and can cause
serious injury.

Turn the ON/OFF lever to the ON position. The wire
will start running.
