PRESSURE WASHER 3500P

Adjustments

Pressure adjustment

The pressure on the pump is preset at its maximum operating pressure to optimize

performance and pump life. We recommend not adjusting the pressure setting. Use the

nozzles supplied to adjust the pressure.

!

WARNING

ALWAYS ensure the spray gun trigger is not on

when changing the nozzle. The nozzle must

‘click’ when inserted to be properly connected.

Do not twist nozzle when spraying.

Adjusting the spray nozzle

Water flow is adjusted by regulating the nozzle. Your pressure washer comes in 5

different colour coded quick connect nozzles that provide spray widths from 0°, 15°, 25°,

40° & a chemical  (soap) nozzle. You can simply adjust the spray pattern & pressure by

selecting a different nozzle.

Red Nozzle = 0°

The highest pressure nozzle producing a pencil point pattern with no fan coverage. Ideal

for aggressive cleaning such as removing caked mud from equipment, removing stains

from concrete, steel & aluminium. Not recommended for decks, painted surfaces & cars.

Orange/Yellow Nozzle = 15°

Referred to as a chiseling tip. Narrow fan for high performance. Held at a 45° angle

to the work area it can be used as a chisel or scraper to remove dirt & debris such as

peeled paint or mildew.

Green Nozzle = 25°

Known as the wash tip it has a medium fan for multi-purpose application. It delivers

medium impact pressure and cleaning coverage.

White Nozzle = 40°

With the largest fan area it delivers relatively low pressure ideal for delicate surfaces.

Ideal for washing & rinsing large areas or washing vehicles.

Black Soap Nozzle

This tip is used for chemical / detergent application. It is the lowest pressure nozzle

creating the largest orifice.
