DELETING PHONE BOOK RECORDS

To delete a single record,

1. During  idle mode, press 

 to review Phone Book

entries. With the desired entry on the display, press
SELECT.

2. Press 

 until DEL is flashing.

3. Press SELECT.

Press 

 until YES is flashing.

4. Press SELECT to confirm.The phone will emit a

series of beeps to indicate the record has been
erased.

To delete ALL the entries in the Phone Book,

1. Press PROG/CHAN repeatedly, until DEL PHN

BOOK?    NO is displayed.

2. Press 

 to choose YES or NO.

3. Press SELECT to confirm your choice.

MOVING A PHONE BOOK RECORD

To move a Phone Book record to another location;

1. During idle mode, press 

 to find the desired

record.

2. Press SELECT,

Press 

 until MOVE is flashing.

3.  Press SELECT. The lowest available location will

be displayed.
Press SELECT to accept that location. OR
Press 

 and enter a different location, then press

SELECT.
