STORING A NAME AND NUMBER INTO THE PHONE BOOK

You can store the names and numbers of 50 frequently called parties.

1. Press MEM/NEW. The number on the
lower right corner shows the lowest
available location where you are going
to save the record into.

2. Enter the name (up to 16 charac-
ters).  Use 

 to backspace if you make

a mistake.  Use # for a space.

3. Press 

.  Enter the number (up to

16 characters).  Use 

 to backspace

if you make a mistake. Press 

 again

will switch between name and number
editing.

4. Press SELECT to save your entry.

REVIEWING AND DIALING FROM THE PHONE BOOK

. With the Handset in the idle mode, press 

 to review Phone Book entries. Press 

 to

review Phone Book in the order of location number. You can also search the desired entry
by entering the first letter of the name of the record. Then press 

 will scroll the record in

alphabetical order.

2. With the desired entry on the display, press PHONE.

3. Press OFF to end your call.

EDITING PHONE BOOK RECORD

1. During STANDBY mode, Press 

 to review Phone

Book entries. With the desired entry on the display,
press SELECT

2. EDIT is flashing. Press SELECT.

You can then edit the name or number of the selected
entry. Press 

 will switch between the name and num-

ber row.

3. Press SELECT when you have done.
