The LED on the Range
Extender won’t stop
flashing.
• Move the Range Extender closer to the Base Station.
• Check for interference from electronic devices.
• Make sure the Range Extender is not too close to
metal objects or thick walls.
Calls will not hand over to
the Range Extender.
• Make sure the Range Extender is within the Base
Station’s good signal range.
• Make sure there are at least 11 meters between
Range Extenders.
I used to be able to connect
to the Base Station, but now
I cannot.
• Make sure the Range Extender is powered on.
• Move the Range Extender closer to the Base Station
and register it again.
The audio quality is
very poor or noisy when
receiving a call.
The signal connection is very poor. Try to find another
location where the signal to the Base Station is better.
Calls lost or audio becomes
poor when moving from
the Base Station reception
range to the Range
Extender reception range.
You may be moving out of the Base Station or Range
Extender reception range, or are in a blind spot. Move
towards the Base Station or Range Extender.
