VSP600 Administrator and Provisioning Manual
To turn on secure browsing:
1.
From the
Network setting
menu, press
or
to highlight
Secure browsing
, and
then press
MENU/SELECT
.
2.
On the
Secure browsing
menu, press
MENU/SELECT
to enable or disable HTTPS.
3.
Press
to save the setting.
To set other settings (DNS and NTP):
1.
From the
Network setting
menu, press
or
to highlight
Others
, and then press
SELECT
.
If DHCP is disabled, the
Others
menu appears. If DHCP is enabled, an error message
appears briefly before returning you to the
Network setting
menu.
2.
Enter the IP address for the primary DNS server. Use the dial pad to enter characters.
To add a period, press the * key.
3.
Press
and enter the IP address for the secondary DNS server. The VSP600 uses
this server if the primary server does not respond.
4.
Press
and enter the IP address for the NTP server. If the VSP600 does not use an
NTP server, you must manually enter the time and date settings.
5.
Press .
