Make sure you have properly installed the
VTech Control
software application.
Make sure the audio setting is properly configured in
your Windows system.
If you have installed Skype or Skype for Business for
use with your headset, make sure the audio settings
are configured correctly in the programs.
The light on
the headset
is off while
charging.
Make sure the cables are plugged in correctly and
securely, and that the battery is securely installed in the
wireless headset.
Make sure the headset is sitting properly on the
charger to charge.
