Volume Boost
Use the
feature to enhance the clarity and loudness of the voice on handset
earpiece.
To turn on VOLUME BOOSTER on the handset:
While you are on a call using the handset earpiece, press
on the handset.
“
BOOSTER ON
” will be displayed on the screen.
Press
again to turn off. “
BOOSTER OFF
” will be displayed on the screen.
4.5 Adjust Earpiece and Speakerphone Volume
During a call, press
S T
to adjust the listening volume.
The handset earpiece and speakerphone volume settings are independent.
4.6 Temporary Ringer Silencing
When the telephone is ringing, you can choose to ignore the call and temporarily
silence the ringer of the handset without disconnecting the call. The next call rings
normally at the preset volume.
4.6.1 To Silence the Handset Ringer
Press
on the handset. If you then want to accept the call you can do so from the
silenced or any other registered handset by pressing
or
.
NOTE
Each handset will ring when there is an incoming call unless the ringer volume is
turned off. Press
on the handset will only silence the ringer of that particular
handset. This only works when the handset(s) are not on the base / charging cradle.
4.7 Mute a Call
You can mute the microphone so that you can talk to someone else in the room
without your caller hearing you.
During a call:
During a call, press
C/INT/Mute
.
Press
C/INT/Mute
again to resume the conversation.

End a Call
During a call connection, press
to end the call.
OR
Place the handset on the base or charger to end the call.
