Telephone operation
Redial
The last 10 telephone numbers dialed (up to 32 digits) are
stored in your handset.
To view and dial the 10 most recently dialed numbers:
1. Press
REDIAL/
PAUSE
to enter the redial list and display the
most recently called number.
2. Press
DIR
or
CID
to view the last 10 called numbers.
3. Press
OFF/
CANCEL
to exit the redial list.
To redial a number:
When the desired number displays on the screen, press a desired
line key (
LINE 1-LINE 4) or /SPEAKER to dial.
To copy a redial entry to directory:
1. Press
REDIAL/
PAUSE
to enter the redial list and display the
most recently called number.
2. Press
DIR
or
CID
to scroll to the desired redial number.
3. Press
Add
. The handset displays
Edit number. Use the dialing
keys to edit the number.
• Press
MUTE
/DELETE to delete a digit.
• Press and hold
MUTE
/DELETE to delete all digits.
• Press
DIR
or
CID
to move the cursor to the left or right.
• Press
Flash
to store a flash signal as part of a dialing
sequence. An
F appears on the screen.
4. Press
MENU
/SELECT or
Save
to proceed. The handset displays
Enter name. Use the dialing keys to enter the name.
• Press
MUTE
/DELETE to delete a character.
• Press and hold
MUTE
/DELETE to delete all characters.
• Press
DIR
or
CID
to move the cursor to the left or right.
• Press and hold
0 to add a space.
5. Press
MENU
/SELECT or
Save
to save. The handset displays
Contact saved, and then you hear a confirmation tone.
