10.6.1 Database File Archive
The 'Archive Log File' button allows the supervisor to 'Archive' (e.g. store) the current log file, this also causes a new empty
log file to be created.
Clicking the button will display a standard Windows Save File dialog box. The supervisor can then choose a location (e.g.
drive and/or folder) to store the archive file. The supervisor can also name the file as required.
The file name can be defined by the supervisor, however, it is recommended that the file extension is .csv as the file format
is a c omma s eparated v alues file and choosing a .csv file extension allows suitable programs (such as a spreadsheet) to
automatically open the file. The database file can also be opened with a suitable text editor.
