Mounting the cable holder to the table top:

Completely extend the cable holder by turning the grip (

page 27, #2) in counter-clockwise direction, pulling the rod out, and fasten-
ing the grip again.

Mount the cable holder to the table using the supplied UNC 3/8-16 hex
socket screw, the two matching washers, and the 5/16" hex key (
