Troubleshooting

Fault

Possible causes and rectification

The Electric

Upholstery Brush

will not operate.

The Electric Upholstery Brush was connected to the TR15

Telescopic Tube or a Suction Hose without the power cord.

•

Connect the Electric Upholstery Brush to an Electric Suction

Hose.

The Upright Vacuum Cleaner is not switched on.

•

Switch on the device.

The bristles of the

Electric Upholstery

Brush are deformed

or matted.

Fringes or fabrics were sucked in and pulled out again.

•

Exchange the suction nozzle.

The brushes of

the Handheld

Upholstery Brush

no longer rotate.

The Upright Vacuum Cleaner is not switched on.

•

Switch on the device.

The suction nozzle is not correctly inserted.

•

Make sure to engage the suction nozzle properly.

Something was sucked in that is blocking the brushes.

•

Switch the device off and unplug the mains plug from the

socket.

•

Remove the object that was sucked in.

•

Switch the device back on.
