Thermologika Design must be installed horizontally
(fig.26).
Operation
Thermologika Design is switched on using the pull
cord on the right-hand side of the appliance; this
device can also be used to select the desired
operating power level:
“0” position: appliance OFF fig. 27 A
“1” position: 600 W fig. 27 B
“2” position: 1,200 W fig. 27 C
“3” position: 1,800 W fig 27 D
The appliance status and the current power setting
are shown in the windows to the right of the logo.
NB
When Thermologika Design is switched on, a slight
buzzing is sometimes produced by the quartz lamps.
This is normal and disappears after a few seconds.
This in no way affects the duration or performance of
the appliance.
Maintenance
Thermologika Design
does not require any special
maintenance. Whenever necessary, wipe off any
dust from the outside with a soft dry cloth. Slightly
damp the cloth with water and neutral detergent to
remove stubborn dirt. Take special care under these
circumstances to avoid all contact with the quartz
lamps.
NB
Disconnect the appliance from the mains supply
before performing any maintenance.

At the end of its useful life, the
product marked with the crossed
out
wheeled
bin
must
be
disposed
of
separately
from
urban waste. It must be taken to a
differentiated disposal centre for
electrical
and
electronic
appliances or be returned to the retailer when a new
equivalent appliance is bought.
Subject to current legislation on waste disposal, the
user is legally responsible for taking the appliance at
the end of its useful life to a suitable disposal centre.
Appropriate
differentiated
waste
collection
for
subsequent recycling, treatment and environment-
friendly disposal of the discarded equipment helps to
prevent possible negative environmental and health
effects and encourages recycling of the component
materials of the equipment.
For further information about available waste disposal
systems, contact your local waste disposal service or
the shop where you bought the product.
The manufacturers and importers comply with their
responsibility
for
recycling,
treating,
and
environmentally compatible disposal of waste both
directly and collectively.
