The power-source data must be consistent with
the electrical data shown on the name plate A.
• If the appliance is to be removed, turn the switch
to off and then disconnect the unit from the
mains. Do not leave the appliance in reach of
children.
• The appliance must not be used to activate water
heaters, stoves, etc., nor must it extract to their
hot-air conduits.
• Connections not provided for by Vortice. In this
set-up, the appliance functions continuously
(fig. 11A/1). In this set-up the appliance turns on
automatically, depending on the degree of humidity
in the room. Manual intervention is not possible (fig.
11A/2).
NOTE:
When installing the exhaust unit between a wall
and wall tiling, make sure you install a spacer to
compensate for the level differential, otherwise
the unit will not function properly.
The product can also be ceiling-mounted.
To be able to guarantee an IPX4 degree of
protection against humidity, it is necessary to use a
special gasket contained in a kit that can be
ordered on separately.
Be careful not to mount the product on the ceiling
without first positioning the gasket.
