1.1 OVERVIEW OF THE MODEM
FRONT PANEL
BACK PANEL
Phone:
When lit, indicates that the corresponding phone line is active.
Wi-Fi:
When lit, indicates that at least one of the Wi-Fi networks is active
.
USB:
When lit, indicates that a shared USB flash drive is on your network.
Ethernet (4):
Indicates that these devices are connected and detected
on the 4 Ethernet connectors.
On-line:
Indicates that your modem is connected to the Internet. If the indicator is lit,
check the “Cable input” on the rear panel below.
US:
Indicates the uplink status.
DS:
Indicates the downlink status.
Power:
When lit, indicates that your modem is correctly powered on. When off, check the
power and the ON/OFF button of your modem (see back panel in the diagram).
Easy Wi-Fi:
Press shortly to enable/disable your Wi-Fi network.
Press longer than 10 seconds to connect to a Wi-Fi device
using Easy Wi-Fi (the indicator flashes and then stops when
the procedure has finished).
Phone connectors:

To connect your main phone.

To connect your second phone
if you have a second line
(does not work if you
have a single line).
Ethernet:
Use these connectors to connect a device (computer, game console,
SmartTV, etc.) to the Internet with a cable, without losing speed.
USB port:
Use this USB 2.0 connector to share an external hard disk or a USB flash
drive with devices connected to your network (computer, tablet, smartphone,
SmartTV, etc.).
Reset:
Press this button until all the indicators are no longer lit to reset the modem
to its factory settings.
Cable input:
To enjoy your Internet connection, the cable must be screwed
on correctly.
Power input:
This connector must be connected to a power outlet using the
power cable. You modem cannot be switched on without this.
ON/OFF button:
Press this button to switch your modem on and off without disconnecting the
power cable. The modem is ON when the button is pressed in.
Make sure your modem is always positioned vertically in its stand.
