OPERATION -
WHISK
The WHISK is suitable for whipping cream,
whisking egg whites and preparing dessert
mixtures.
•
Attach the WHISK to the WHISK COUPLING
UNIT by firmly pushing into the centre.
•
Connect the WHISK/COUPLING UNIT to the
MAIN UNIT by twisting the COUPLING UNIT
clockwise to lock into position.
IMPORTANT: The WHISK COUPLING UNIT
must be completely locked into position for
the appliance to operate correctly. Ensure it is
secure.
•
Place your ingredients into a large, deep bowl.
•
Plug in the MOTOR UNIT and immerse the
WHISK completely into the ingredients. To avoid
any ingredients splashing, select a steady speed
with the VARIABLE SPEED DIAL. Set to low to
begin with then increase during operation if
required.
IMPORTANT: Always immerse attachments into
the ingredients BEFORE switching on.
•
Rotate the appliance around the bowl to ensure
all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
CAUTION: Do not operate continuously for
more than
30 seconds
at a time. Allow resting
periods of
1 minute
in between to reduce the
risk of overheating.
Once whisking is complete, release the START/
STOP BUTTON (I) and unplug.

Disconnect the WHISK from WHISK COUPLING
UNIT and detach the COUPLING UNIT from the
MOTOR UNIT. Thoroughly clean attachments as
described on page 7.
