SAFETY ADVICE
•
Do not subject the lids to knocks, vibrations or quick temperature changes.
•
Take care when removing lids from cookware as they will become hot and pressurized
during use. Use of a heat resistant oven glove is recommended.
•
Over time, handles on your cookware may loosen. This is normal. Handles will need
tightening periodically. To tighten, use an appropriate screwdriver (not supplied) and
secure the screw.
•
Do not overtighten as this will damage the cookware.
•
Never apply excess twisting force to the handle. Do not overload the cookware or
attempt to bend or modify the handle in any way.
•
NEVER allow the handles to be positioned over another hob or heat source.
•
Always match the diameter of the stainless steel disc in the base of the pan to the
induction hob cooking zone.
•
DO NOT use the boost function for longer than is required to bring the pan’s contents
to a boil. The boost function should only be used for rapid heating of large quantities of
water e.g. for boiling pasta or vegetables.
•
During cooking, you may notice some slight noise being generated in the pan by the
induction hob. This will not damage the pan or affect cooking performance.
