If the hitch bike rack can be moved, tighten
the nuts using the tools.
Use
The catch must be lifted in order to fold the
hitch bike rack up and down.
For proper mounting, position the bicycle as
shown in the above illustration.
NOTE
Make sure that the bicycle's wheels do
not hang in front of the exhaust pipe or
otherwise come into contact with exhaust
fumes.
You will need:

Position the bicycle in the rack.
Secure the frame using the longer rubber
straps as shown below.
