Remove the screw at the lower edge of the trunk lid's upper

panel, on both sides.

Unhook the lower edge of the panel from the lower panel, on

both sides.

Remove the trunk lid panel by first pulling it loose at the edges

and then the upper edge. It is attached by clips on the inside.
