• To end recording, push the “START/STOP” button (3) until the green LED flashes
once.
• For long-term measurements or to keep from pulling off the main unit by accident,
it can be latched with the key
c) removing the meter
• If you have latched the main unit to the basic unit, you need to unlatch it before
removing it.
• Proceed with care when pulling the base unit from the wood to keep from break-
ing off the measuring mandrels.
• For this, move the meter in the direction of the wooden fibre, not across.
• Never try to remove the meter from the wood by turning. This may damage the
measuring mandrels or the device.
• Use no aids such as screwdrivers or similar to remove the device from the wood.
You may injure yourself or destroy the device.
