Intended Use:
The support serves for holding various natural gas
fuel containers in accordance with the workshop
manuals of the Volkswagen Group brands.
Terms of Use:
Only for qualified workshop personnel.
Only for use by qualified personnel with gas-
powered vehicles.
Use only for loads up to 75 kg.
Only use the load holding device for work approved
by the Volkswagen Group.
Use only in connection with a suitable engine and
gearbox jack (e.g. VAS 6931/VAG 1383A) and the
respective associated universal plate (see the
workshop manuals of the Volkswagen Group
brands).
Only use on level, horizontal and weight-bearing
ground.
Do not hold or lift any persons or animals.
Do not hold or lift articles other than described in
the workshop manuals of the Volkswagen Group
brands.
Do not stand under suspended loads.
Only use in connection with the approved
accessories (see workshop manuals of the
Volkswagen Group brands).

Assembly
The support must be mounted in accordance with figure
1 prior to the first start-up.
1. Insert the strut into the provided bore of the gas
container reception.
2. Insert the locking bushing into the gas container
reception and fasten with the cylinder screw.
3. Tighten the cylinder screw with a torque of 8 Nm.
